Sissa’s foundation was started in Honor of Melissa Nemeth , who  passed away from T1D in 2017.   Melissa was diagnosed with type-1 diabetes at the very young age of 8. Melissa had many struggles in her short 32 years of life from the effects of diabetes. She had a leg amputation, Kidney transplant, was legally blind, battled anxiety and depression etc. The only thing that eased the pain for her was her dog , Lovie . Lovie was a Pittbull that Melissa rescued ❤️We Raise train and donate Service , Therapy and Facility dogs at NO cost to Youth , Veterans, First Responders and School Districts in Honor of Melissa .
